Hi! I am asking if somebody can tell me which schools that I can get into. I want to apply to schools in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, or Virginia. Here are my stats:
(I am currently a junior)
-GPA: 3.8 (I think)
-5 honors classes including honors college English
-1 AP this year, 2 next year
-Spanish all 4 years (currently in Spanish 4)
-National Art Society for 1 year
-In National Honor Society
-I work a part time job, year round
-I volunteer at my church and church camp every summer
Clubs:
-Art club
-Fashion club
-Animal club
-Psychology club (hoping to be president next year)
Please let me know which schools you think I have a chance in, or any advice for ECs. Thanks!
What is your budget?
What is your home state (or home country if not the USA)?
Is your 3.8 GPA unweighted?
What do you want in a university? There are a LOT of universities in Massachusetts to choose from.
Hi! Not sure what my family’s budget is, but they will definitely apply for financial aid always, my home state is New Jersey, my GPA is unweighted. The major that I am interested in is something Business/ Finance related. Thanks!
I also go to an extremely competitive public school that has a very good reputation.
Test scores? Would you prefer a large or small school? City or more suburban or rural setting? Are you looking for a big sports scene or no? Any interest in Greek life?
Hi! My SAT score was pretty bad considering the schools I like. I got a 1140 for the first time and am not sure if I can take it again because of corona. I would like a suburban setting and a school that has good sports and parties.
Look at Quinnipiac and Gettysburg. If NY okay, St. Lawrence, though it’s more rural than suburban. Your test score will hurt unless all schools move to test optional due to CV. If tests open up you could try the ACT to see if you do any better.
