Though I'm from Arkansas, I am looking to go to Vanderbilt..but what are my realistic chances of getting in?

Stats as a Freshman:

-I'm 15 and will be a sophomore next year
-My current GPA is pretty terrible (I wasn't really concerned with my grades in the 9th grade, but now I am), a 3.22
-I took no Pre-AP classes as a Freshman, but did take Honors Geometry
-I have taken several practice tests for the ACT (using Kaplan's ACT CD) my scores were this: ENG 28, MTH 30, READ 23, SCI 24 as a Freshman

Predicted Stats after high school:

-My conservative estimate for my GPA after high school is about a minimum of 3.7
-I plan on taking 6 AP classes..and I plan on getting the study-guides for the AP Exams that go with each class..So I'm looking at getting either 4's or 5's for all six of my AP exams
-And after looking at my Practice scores on the ACT as a Freshman, I expect to get the following: ENG 30, MTH 34 (I'm great at math), READ 25, SCI 26. That equates to about a 29 composite. So, I expect to get either a 29 or 30 for my composite score on the ACT
-And for the SAT test, I'll probably get the equivalent of my ACT score, give or take.

So, my question is this: Is a 3.7 GPA, 29 on the ACT (and the equivalent of that for SAT), 6 AP classes with 4's or 5's for all of the AP Exams good enough to get into Vanderbilt, or even IVY League?
