<p>My guess would be reject just cause you are under 1200 SAT and you don't seem to have anything else that amazing that would bring up the slack in that area, your grades are very good, but not 1 or 2 in class, and your extra curriculars are average at best.</p>
<p>Is that a joke dirthog? The kid works 20 hours a week and president of three activities. However, I do agree that your SAT score (though really good for many schools, don't let anyone tell you otherwise) may be the underlying reason to cause misfortune.</p>
<p>You never know, admissions officers look at a wide variety of things. If your essay shows that you are very passionate about something and will contribute to the campus and world community then you might get in.</p>
<p>If I got into Wash U and Northwestern, but got waitlisted at Rice, what chance do I have at Vandy (where I'd probably go)?</p>
<p>I don't think anyone can accurately predict chances for next year due to the huge plunge in admissions rate this year.</p>
