My main concern here is my EC's. Would it be worth it to invest time in other programs, or would it be useless to only do them senior year?

It's the quality not the quantity; over and over they said depth of ECs are more important than a broad number of different ECs. Community involvement is BIG; especially where leadership positions are held. You should do something your senior year - especially if you don't have consistent ECs in community service or leadership areas. Just a thought.......

My daughter was accepted with basically the same stats (except insert music for your sports) - but they said it was the community involvement/leadership activities that she did consistently that tipped the scale her way - good luck~!

Shmoo792 - I think your stats are fine and you will get in. I know a number
of successful applicants with similar and lesser stats from my d's high school.
