I know there are probably one-million of these threads, I apologize.

Okay, here is my situation:
I completely screwed up high-school, I just didn't care at the time. I graduated bottom of the class with a 2.2 gpa. Embarrassing, I know.

Well, I took two years off from any type of schooling to work and see if I could make it. Epic Fail! Right now I'm in community college working my tail end off. I don't want to stay for the second year but, here is what I'll be looking like in about a year.

( Out of State )
Major: Math & Physics/Astronomy
GPA: somewhere between a 3.5 and a 4.0.
Since I was out of school for two years, my SAT scores are not necessary, correct?

Right now, I'm making up classes and material I had forgotten and trying to get as much done as possible.

I will have completed:
Calculus 1 and probably 2. If I take Calc2 I will take Linear Algebra with it.
Freshmen and Sophomore English.
Philosophy 1
Analytical Physics 1
and, Stellar and Galactic Astronomy

I'll probably be transferring in as a Sophomore? So, what are my chances of acceptance?
