I graduated high school with pretty average grades, community work, and a little school involvement. I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do at all with my life so I decided to enroll in community college. Now that I have started community college, I realized that I really want the full experience of college and now I'm faced with a decision. Should I take the SAT/subject tests and apply for cal state and UC schools like I should have in the first place, or is there some way that I can do a transfer from community college after this year (my first year). After seeing what the real world is really like I feel much more responsible then a high school senior and I have been doing great in all of my community college courses. Is there anything about me that has any sort of advantage over high school seniors? I'd really like to see how I match up going to cal state or UC schools. Thanks!
