<p>HELP!!!!! I am hispanic living in Puerto Rico with a 3.45 unweighted (3.8 weighted) GPA, 1850 SAT, 760 spanish subject test, 700 Italian subject test. Ranking only 30%. Tons of community service, clubs (Italian Club president), modeling, acting, environmental club etc etc. Would like to major in environmental studies or environmental engineering. What are my chances for the following schools;</p>

UC Santa Barbara</p>
<p>also, which do you think is easier to get into as an OSS (both reaches) University of Virginia or University of North Carolina Chapel Hill????</p>
