What are my "good match" schools?

Hello all. I've been reading around these forums for a while. It seems like people have a lot of solid advice, so I was wondering what you guys think some "good match" schools would be for me. Or even some more safeties. I live in NJ and my only safety is Rutgers. Should I have more than one? I also know my reach schools... I really like Wesleyan. And I might apply to an Ivy League or two... but for my reaches I'd need to increase my SAT scores and my ECs are nothing spectacular, though I truly enjoy them.
But aside from reaches and safeties... I don't know what goes in the middle. I'm interested in English, writing, and, to a slightly lesser extent, film.

Here are my stats.
(NJ female)
GPA: Probably like a 4.3 weighted. And 3.8 unweighted. Basically the only class I don't get A/A-'s in are science classes, where I get B+'s.
SAT: 2200 (Math 680, CR 730, Writing 790) I'm most likely retaking these to at least break 700 in Math
SAT II: Lit 750, US History 800

I've taken one AP test, U.S. History, and got a 5. I'll have three more tests at the end of senior year. (At my school, AP US and AP English are split into two years. In the end I'll have taken 6 AP classes, and almost all the rest are honors.)

Extra-curricular activities:
• Lighting & Sound crew (10, 11, 12)
• Amnesty International (10, 11, 12); president's advisor & publicity
• Writing, photography, & video production (hobbies throughout high school; writing published once in LHS literary magazine & twice by other publications)
• Portuguese, teaching myself (11, 12) (because I love languages & my mom is Brazilian)
• Philosophy Club (9, 10)
• Environmental Club (9, 10)

Academic honors:
• National Honor Society
• French Honor Society
• Smith College Book Award
• Livingston Board of Education Proclamation for Writing
• High Honor Roll (every marking period, so far, in my high school career)

Work/summer:
• Summer 2004 – assistant at Salon Di & Spa in Florham Park
• Summer 2005 – Brown University Pre-College program (3 weeks); “Philosophy Through Film” class; received very complimentary final evaluation from professor on writing skills
• Summer 2006 – working at parents’ small business (Salon Izzy) every weekend into 2006-07 school year

Also, I'm not sure where/if to put it on my application, but I've traveled more than most people I know. My family loves exploring cultures so I've been exposed to a lot of different people/ideals/cultures/languages/etc. I might write my essay on this, I don't know.

Oh, and I'll have two good recommendations, plus what I hope will be a really good essay.

Thanks for any input.

I would recommend to re-take the SAT. Depending on what your class rank is (if you have one), I think that Middlebury, Colgate, Colby, Bates, Bucknell, Connecticut College would all be in the high to medium match range for you, especially if you could get an extra 50 points on the math SAT.
