HI,
I am an international student.
My ACT composite is 33 (32, 36, 32, 32)
My SAT II scores are Math IIC 800, Physics 800, Writing 800

TOEFL 293
My school does not either rank or give a GPA. However, I have been doing decent enough in class. I got above a 90% our class 10 national examinations. Plus, I have been one of the top two students in class in class 11 and 12. My class 9 record isn't that great.

ECs (and positions)-
Editor of school English Magazine. Member of Ed board from Class 9. Been writing poetry since I was 8.
Team Leader of school debating team. (Member of Debating Society from class 9)
Quiz Club (and school quiz team)
Founder of school Literary Society (Class 11)
Science Experiment Exhibition (class 10)

Awards:-
Most Promising Speaker (national debate)
Best Multimedia Presentation (national level, on Flash, in a team of three)
Regional and local awards in debates (best speaker, 3rd best speaker)
School awards for academics

I plan to apply for biotech/bioengineering. However, I do not have any work experience, it is not the safest option here. Ive been involved in college preparatory academic programs through summer (math and physics).
My recommendations should be decent, one is from my physics teacher (he has taught me for six years). Another from my english teacher.

What do you think are my safetys/ matches/ reaches?

Oh god !! In case u havent noticed uve got 3x800 and u definitely DO HAVE GREAT CHANCES for every single university in the states. Y? just because getting 810 is imossible (in my humble opinion of course) so no one will really beat you (when we r talking bout scores). Also take into account that it is not compulsory to get 800s only, in order to get in harvard or princeton or MIT (and please trust me on that - not all of the thousands of candidats will get ony 800s). In other words - stop paincking! With those scores ur in. Dont listen to those stupid comments that u dont have a chance - it's not them but the ppl from the admission office who decide whether u have a chance or not (telling some1 with 800s that he doesnt have a chance is simply imbecile). If ur essays r good and r accompanied by decent recommendations im sure ull be celebrating in April.

But I am low on ECs, no games, also, I havent listed all those awards in all my applications. For instance, MIT asks for scholastic distinctions. i have won a national award in debating, and another in Flash(Multimedia), but I couldn't mention it. Is it likely to make a big difference? Should I send an email informing them?
