What are my options?

I'm kinda stressed out and I just need some advice.

So I'm a sophomore in high school and I have a really bad GPA (in my opinion.) I go to a school where a 4.0 is not that amazing.

My gpa freshmen year: 3.64
This semester is a 3.58
My total is now 3.58

my academic classes right now are:ap bio, alg. 3-4, english, and spanish

So I'm really involved with extra curricular activities though.
I started a nonprofit organization which is actually accomplishing things (idk, some people start groups just to look good on apps) I also was on a JV sport team for the past two years which went undefeated twice, i dont know if that matters though. I might quit because i dont think i can handle so much, but i'll do it outside of school on my own time...and i'm on speech and debate, but I'm ok. I've done fairly well in the competition. ive been a girlscout for about 10 years.

But anyways, if you were in my situation, what would you do to do better in school. I just feel like I'm not good at balancing school/other activities which I do. I know I still have some time, but I need to "step it up" now. I want to get it up to a higher GPA...also I can only take 1 gpa next year, and 1 for a semester.

do your best to raise your gpa while retaining as many of the extraccuriculars as possible (:? see if you can shift some of the main tasks of your extracurriculars to the summer time. study hard for the subject tests over the summer, and do some review on your own of the course materials during that time to catch up/become better prepared for class.

Ok. a 3.5 GPA is not really bad. Its actually very good. And, what luck - you still have two more years to raise it if you feel like you need to.

I guess I should start taking SAT prep/just study harder.

Just wondering, do schools look at your 1st semester senior grades and that total GPA?
