What are some colleges similar to William and Mary?

I really like William and Mary, but my GPA and class rank are pretty low (3.6 uw, top 50%) so I’m looking some schools that are easier to get into. What are some schools that have a similar feel?

I would say Gettysburg. Both schools have strong history departments and are in communities rich in American history as well.

If you live in VA consider U of Mary Washington and CNU. They both are of similar size. CNU is only about 20 minutes from W&M and they share some things like the sailing club IIRC.

I second Christopher Newport and Mary Washington if you are trying to stay in Virginia.

Thanks for all your suggestions! I completely forgot about Gettysburg, and I’m looking at the other schools mentioned. I actually live in Maryland but don’t really like any of the schools here.
