So basically, I have not gotten any acceptance letters yet and I am going to apply to some colleges/universities. So, what are some colleges/universities(in East Coast or West Coast) I can still apply to?
Also, I am international so I need a huge financial aid.

Here is a list of colleges still accepting applications. Finding financial aid as an international student will be much trickier.
@lalalemma Thank you for the link :)>- ! What are the best and fastest ways to find financial aid as an international student? I think, since I am applying to colleges that are rolling/late applications, getting a huge financial aid has became lie.
You can wait a year and make a better list for next year.
but isnt getting taking a gap year bad or something for me? maybe in the future when I apply for universities or something?
If you need a lot of financial aid, your best bet is to apply for Fall 2018.
And apply early^^^^.
I don’t think there is any easy or sure-fire approach at this point, but you could try this:
- Search for schools with rolling admissions or spring term admissions (http://blog.prepscholar.com/colleges-with-rolling-admissions)
- For the ones that interest you, Google for their Common Data Set files; go to section H6 to see if aid is available for internationals. Example: Indiana University has rolling admission and does offer aid to internationals
- For the schools identified in the first two steps, contact admission/aid offices; ask if they are still taking applications and if aid money is still available.
Most schools with rolling admissions probably aren’t overflowing with money. The richest schools would tend to attract more competition and to wrap things up earlier in the year.
@tk21769 can you please repost the full link here? the one you already posted isnot working.
How much can you pay?
less than $3000
Your best bet is to take a gap ear to work or volunteer retake standardized tests before you graduate as some colleges won’t accept results for tests taken afterwards.
@ClassicRockerDad less than $3000.
That’s not likely to be enough.
