I am currently an upcoming Senior in high school looking into colleges, and I am very interested in going into some sort of BSMD 6 year or 7 year Medical Program. I was looking into UKMC, Penn State, Northwestern, and others, but I’m not sure which is the best. What schools are worth applying to? How hard are they to get in usually?

It is going to take few days but it will give different perspectives and will guide you. No one can give definite answers for 2 of your questions ‘which is best’ or ‘worth applying’ since they are subjective and depends on individual situations (both student ability and parents financial situation).
Your final question ‘how hard’, that is easy to answer. It is very HARD, especially since you are already upcoming senior, unless you have already accomplished few things which enables you to get selected. GL
