what are some good business schools?

Hey, guys!

Can you please mention some good business schools that I can consider, apart from the well-known Wharton and Stern?

For instance, what are some great state schools or schools where I have a bigger chance of getting financial aid and/or an academic scholarship??

GPA unweighted: 96.6
SAT: 2250 (790 M, 700 CR, 760 W 12 Essay)
SAT IIs: 800 Bio E, 780 Math IIc, 760 Chem

Thanks!

Apply to UT-Austin

what else?? any schools closer to the eastern seaboard?? preferably the Northeast??

Haas of UC Berkeley but you apply into UC Berkeley and again have to apply to Haas your sophmore year.

EDIT: Didn't see the NE proximity. Nevermind then.

LOL, none of those schools are really north east other than Wharton, Sloan, and Stern.

The rankings expand a bit too, and those aren't this year's rankings. Also check out Babson, Boston College, Boston U, Bentley, CUNY Baruch, Northeastern, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. All have good business schools.

thanks a lot! wow, Cornell is pretty good for business, huh?? too bad Columbia doesn't offer a business program -- it was so gorgeous when I visited!

This was in our local newspaper just yesterday.

Phil Knight, Nike Inc.'s Chairman, pledged $105 million to Stanford University's Business School.

Stanford's now chummy with Nike. It's a short article. Read it while you can.

Carnegie Mellon (Tepper) is actually pretty underrated when if comes to business, if you like pittsburgh at all you could at least take a look...

Emory, Georgetown, USC, UVa, Michigan, etc etc etc
