What are some good safety and match engineering colleges for me (stats included)?

I have a list of several colleges already but it consists mainly of "reach" colleges and of only one "match" college.
I am currently looking for some "safety" colleges as well as some more "match" colleges that you might recommend for me.

[Sorry that this is so long >.<]

~ Stats + Preferences ~

Indian, Female from southern part of New York

GPA: 92/100 Unweighted (I think that's around a 3.6 to 3.7)

SAT: Critical Reading = 670, Math = 670, Writing = 740 (will be retaking in October)

ACT: (will be taking in October)

Looking to go into engineering (veering more towards civil/architectural/structural than biomedical/mechanical/computer/electrical)

I prefer staying in NY but I wouldn't mind going to Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, anywhere that is within 4-6 hours of Westchester County in NY (for reference, Westchester County is within an hour's drive of NYC)

The less the college costs, the better... Viable scholarship opportunities would be nice.

I'm looking for a nicely populated surrounding town/city with a variety of activities/entertainment; I prefer the city or a suburban town to a rural town.

A nice campus is definitely a plus.

Classes taken in high school - (Regents classes are normal, not advanced, classes)
(For clarification, Math A and Math B are, respectively speaking, 1.5 year courses which combine the study of algebra, geometry and trigonometry together; in other words, instead of taking Algebra, Geometry and Trig, I took Math A, Math A/B and Math B)

(9th grade)
Chem Honors (took Bio in 8th grade)
Math A/B Honors (took Math A in 8th grade)
Regents English 1
Regents Global 1
Regents French 2 (took French 1 in 7th + 8th grade)
Studio in Art (elective)

(10th grade)
AP Physics B (5 on the AP)
Math B Honors
English 2 Honors
Global 2 Honors
French 3 Honors
Graphic Design (elective)

(11th grade)
AP Chem (4 on the AP)
Pre-Calc Honors
AP English (5 on the AP)
AP US History (4 on the AP)
AP French (2 on the AP... suffice to say, my teacher barely prepared us for the AP; it was also my fault that I became lazy (junioritis -.-) and didn't (attempt to) self-study to earn a higher grade - I wonder if a low AP grade matters much anyway... or if it does, am I allowed to justify myself?)
Architectural Design

Most of my final grades for these classes were A's, with several B+'s here and there.

(12th grade)
AP Physics C
AP Calc BC
AP Statistics
AP Macroeconomics

Extracurricular Activities (and any positions held):
Science Olympiad (Secretary - 10th, President - 11th + 12th, also received several medals in the olympiad)
Habitat for Humanity
Math Honors Society
Science Honors Society (Secretary - 12th)
Key Club (Secretary - 11th, President - 12th)
[I plan on joining Gardening Club (I've acquired an interesting in gardening this past summer), French Club (my friend, who will be presiding over the club, persuaded me to join) + Knitting Club (my other friend is starting this club afresh). Furthermore, I will be volunteering at a nursing home every week]

If Regents grades matter, I got a B+ in Bio and Chem, while all other Regents (for Math A, Math B, French, English, Global History, American History + Physics) were 95+.

I understand that I am an average student (maybe slightly above average). However, my parents want me to apply to several reach colleges (Princeton, Cooper Union, etc). Personally, I am greatly interested in Cornell University (which is a reach for me) - beautiful campus, great location + (needless to say) amazing college. I am also comfortable with going to Macaulay Honors @ City College, which is more of a match than a reach for me.
Right now, though, I am looking for atleast a couple safety schools and some more options for match schools, based on my stats and preferences.

Can you think of any colleges that would fit me appropriately?

Thank you for your time!

You don’t want to attend a rural college? Cornell is about as rural as it gets so I’m quite confused. A school like Princeton is very out of reach, and Cornell is probably as well (although you at least have a shot).

These aren’t exactly safeties and matches, but I’m just spouting out a list of colleges I think you may be interested in:

-RPI
-Lehigh
-Penn State
-Drexel
-Rutgers

You are kind of limiting your options, but those are just some schools off the top of my head.

Macaulay might be a great option. SUNY Buffalo would be a possible safety.

Cornell and Princeton would be very high reaches for you. You might want to consider Lehigh and Lafayette in Pennsylvania and Union College in New York fit your geographic preference and are in more urban areas. Bucknell is in a rural location but has a beautiful campus. They all have strong Engineering programs and are more in reach of your stats.

Unfortunately, these are not inexpensive colleges so check out the sticker price before falling in love with one of them. Good luck!
