What are some good safety-target undergrad business schools for me?

I’d like to study international business specifically, but would be happy with any business major. I just need some safety and target schools (from anywhere). Also, if you could label whether you think the school is a target or safety, it would be greatly appreciated.

I’m more focused on the academics, but I’d prefer a location at, or near a big city, with many internship/recruitment potential.

If you’re looking for an urban location, the best on my list would be Temple, Drake, Loyola, & Seattle.
