What are some good universities for hotel/restaurant management?

Re the link between UCF and Rose Hulman – that’s a strange one… Rose Hulman is a very highly regarded tech/engineering school in Indiana –

Putting in a plug for the Hospitality College at the Johnson and Wales campus in Denver. A friend’s son goes there and likes it very much. He has had good internship-type opportunities.

I second NAU (Northern Arizona U). As mentioned earlier the internship possibilites are top notch in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. It might be within driving distance and it has a low cost of living.

Cornell???

As a California resident, NAU would be quite affordable to you because it is a Western Undergraduate Exchange participating school. Here is a link to Western Undergraduate Exchange:

University of South Carolina [School of Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management - USC](<a href=“College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management - College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management | University of South Carolina”>College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management - College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management | University of South Carolina)

I won’t echo the Cornell/Purdue comments (it seems to have been sufficiently mentioned they’re excellent) I’ll put in another good word for Houston- they have the Hilton school, another one of the best programs out there.
