What are some liberal arts colleges good at economics and international relations?

I can't find any information on google.

Middlebury for international relations

anything for economics?

There are tons of good colleges with solid programs in economics and international relations. Just look at the first page of “Top LACs” on USNWR.

Otherwise, we need more information.

Test scores/GPA/rank/curriculum
ECs/honors
Location
Student body size
Student body diversity

Etc.

The Claremont colleges if you like CA.

William & Mary, Davidson are both very good in those fields.

Claremont McKenna
Swarthmore

On the east coast, Swarthmore and Williams. These have been the only two LACs on Foreign Policy Magazine’s list of top 20 international relations programs (the readers are heavily grad school oriented).

Both have excellent Econ departments. Swarthmore produces a higher percentage of both Economics and Poli Sci PhDs per graduate than any college or university in the country. Williams has a huge Econ department.

Both have incredible lists of approved study abroad programs.

Languages are a strength at Swarthmore and OK at Williams. For example, Swarthmore has ramped up a full Arabic program and has already added several tenure track faculty positions in Arabic and Middle Eastern studies. Chinese and Arabic are now the two most popular languages at Swarthmore. They even added second sections of 1st and 3rd year Chinese. Williams also has a complete Arabic offering.

There are many more liberal arts colleges that would also be solid choices. Look at the details of study abroad. Look at the details of the language offerings.

Rhodes has both economics and international studies, as well as an international business major which might be interesting to you…see Department of Economics & Business [Rhodes College | Majors, Minors, & Requirements](http://www.rhodes.edu/academics/3743.asp)

Pomona and Claremont McKenna, Middlebury
