My SAT scores are definitely not what I'm liking as of now.
I'm currently a junior and I go to a Specialized High School in NYC.

I took my first SAT in May last year as a Sophomore and my scores were
Math - 790
Critical Reading - 500
Writing - 470 Essay 9

I'm really shocked at my writing section considering I took Princeton Review and got 650's consistently.

My GPA high school as of now is close to a 97 Weighted and my school does not rank students because it's a Specialized High School, and they don't. Neither does my school unweight averages.
(Anyone want to convert this to the 5 scale or a 4 scale?)
I'm not really taking many APs as a Junior, which is surprising. I'm only taking AP US.

My extracurriculars are pretty solid in my opinion.
Hospital Volunteer for a year - (specifically the Emergency Room)
Volunteer at a Day Care for a summer
Premed club, Key club, Support Our Troops Club)
Fencing for 3 years

I'm more focused with Mathematics and Sciences.

Will my SAT scores from May be odd when submitting my application to colleges? Right now I'm doing a lot of Prep for Critical Reading and Writing and I've been getting 600 and such. I'm also taking the ACT in April.
Any suggested major? lol
