I've always been hated by most girls (and loved by most guys at the same time), so I'm wondering what it is that makes them hate me, and actually make friends with girls for once now that I'm in college.

Insensitivity, arrogance, general ******bag behavior. Overly sarcastic, over into themselves, that kind of thing. I hate guys who think they’re hot shots. Its good to have confidence, but overdoing it can make girls not like you.

Its usually the sensitive, funny, cute, quirky guys that are friends with lots of girls.

Hmm, I’ve always been trying to keep those behaviors in check. Do girls hate guys for their ugly looks, even if the guys aren’t trying to hook up with the girls or anything?

Definitely not. Not me at least. Guys who are ugly but super sweet are safe. So I’ll usually gravitate towards them as a friend because I know that he’s not going to try anything. But that can EASILY be ruined if they come off as clingy in any way.

So the other things that girls generally don’t like is clingy, overly nice (in a creepy way), and super low self esteem. You have to find a balance. We don’t like extremes on either side of the spectrum.

I think you are thinking about it too much. All the girls i know pretend to be nice, but they are only nice when they are talking to you, then they are mean behind your back. I’m not going to start looking for a girlfriend until i’m in college. That way i wont have any girl problems. In college everything is diferent. I think girls act diferent cause parents arent there.

I would never date a “hot” guy.

Immature guys. Last night, I saw this couple and the guy had shouted out loud the “F” word (as in the derogatory word for homosexuals). The girl was sooooo embarrassed. I don’t want guys like that.

And I hate cocky d-bags -_-

"Its usually the sensitive, funny, cute, quirky guys that are friends with lots of girls. "

what planet are you going to college on?

I don’t really know what I “hate”- I dislike it when you turn a guy down and they start badmouthing you, or saying things like, “I’m not ugly!!”. Lol. Most times, it has nothing to do with that. But if we’re not clicking after so many dates, I’ll just end it…if my heart just isn’t into it, I don’t like to lead people on, you know? But guys I’ve dated, in my experience, seem to think that if I want to stop seeing them, I’m this horrible whore or something…

So yeah, behavior like that is NOT something I like in guys.

A pure turn on for me is intelligence…sarcasm is good too. The other day I nearly jumped on a guy in calculus. But I guess it was just one of those mornings, haha.

people are still acting like that at Rutgers?

^ You mean with the “F” word? Or the cocky d-bag?

If with the “F” word … sadly, yes. The incident isn’t going to automatically make people stop using it especially if it was in their vernacular. I cringe at that word every time I hear someone use it. But I make sure that when someone I’m with uses it that I call them out on it.

I personally dislike bros.

“what planet are you going to college on?”

I’m pretty sure she means platonic friends.

Fashion:

Popped collars.
Pink.
Sweater vests.
Plaid shorts.
Pierced ears (with exceptions).
Overdressing for class.

Attitude:

A bro.
Thinking they are above others.

Other:

Ignorance.
Stupidity.
Narcissism.
Judgemental.
Acting black.
Roller blading around campus.
Icing people (also under “bro” category).

I also don’t like it when guys try to make a move on you, and when you turn them down, they act like they didn’t have a thing for you.
