<p>Academically, socially, student body, housing, food, dining etc. Planning a trip, but would like to know what to be on the lookout for.</p>
<p>Dining is decent, the last meal of the semester is lobster and steak…the students are generally fit, nice, and attractive…and academics are very nice, the science building, Mendel hall is good…and the business school has its own trading floor. I could name a bunch of othet stuff but just dont have time…have a nice visit</p>
<p>When my son considered Villanova, we visited 3 times and liked everything about the university except:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>the financial aid was much worse than all the other colleges where he was accepted,</p></li>
<li><p>if you don’t accept an offer of admission before April, you are likely to be required to live in triple room that was built as a double, or a lounge that was turned into a quadruple, </p></li>
<li><p>there are more required classes than in many other universities, particularly in the first year, and</p></li>
<li><p>there is not a great deal of ethnic, racial or geographic diversity in the student body. Look at the parking lots, and you will see tons of New Jersey license plates.</p></li>
