<p>I’m currently trying to finalize my list of transfer target schools and was wondering if any current/past students had any opinions to share about the school, both positive and negative. I know it has a nonexistent requirement list and that the student body is generally quite liberal, beyond that my knowledge is rather limited. I’d be a 25 yr old transfer, open minded libertarian, hispanic male, that looks the part of a 21/22 yr old.</p>

I absolutely love Brown but here are a few things:
Pros: open curriculum is awesome, people are extremely friendly, everybody is really passionate about what they study, there is a lot of opportunity to take classes outside of your comfort zone as well.</p>
<p>The only con I can think of is that there are a lot of hipsters…and I don’t like hipsters haha. But there are definitely plenty of cool people here :)</p>
