What are the chances I get into CSUs as an engineering major with a 3.0 gpa?

I’m considering applying to CSUF, Cal Poly Pomona, CSULB, and CSUSB this coming fall, 2019, as an engineering major. I would be transferring from a CC located in Los Angeles. The gpa I will be applying with will be between a 3.02-3.06. I will have completed all the major preparation courses by the 2020 semester as well as earned an AS-T in both math and physics (not sure if those matter since I’m applying as an engineering major) as well as a degree in engineering. Do I have a chance at getting accepted to any of the schools I mentioned?

CSU’s will first look at local priority so which campus is local to your CC? https://www2.calstate.edu/apply/freshman/documents/csulocaladmission-serviceareas.pdf

This link lists average CSU transfer GPA by campus. Assume impacted programs and Engineering in general to require above average GPA for the best chances.

Having an AS-T will guarantee admission to a CSU campus however, it may not be your choice campus(es).
