Anyways any thoughts? I’m leaving towards yes because of the new budget that the gov has approved for 2010-11.</p>
<p>I called UCR today to ask about the cut off date for IGETC requirements to be finished by when transferring for the winter and they told me that they weren’t accepting winter transfers due to the budget cuts. I went to my transfer office and they told me that all UC’s were not offering winter transfers this year. I read on one of the forums here that last year people didn’t know whether the UC’s would be offering it until may/beginning of June, so…keep our fingers crossed until then?</p>
