What are the co-op dorms like at IU? Is it worth the money to live in Briscoe?
I lived in Wright last year. It does not have A/C and is very old, but livable. Teter has A/C and is definitely nicer overall, but I have only been inside a couple of times and have never been in Briscoe, so it’s hard to compare.
I guess it depends on personal preference and how big of a deal the extra money is. I don’t regret deciding not to live in enhanced cost housing, but I would say I can tolerate less than ideal conditions better than most.
