Junior year

Fall semester:

AP English - 91
Honors Alg 2/Trig - 80 (Awful mid-term exam grade)

Worried about the Honors Alg 2 and French final exams as the mid-terms lowered the semester grade.)

NMSF; 2370 SAT (superscored); solid awards/leadership positions/ec/work experience/hobbies

Psychology at CC: I'm predicting A

UW GPA: 4.0
W GPA: They don't tell us anymore...~4.8?

PSAT: 208

Bad year. Not done yet, so I'm trying frantically to raise my grades.

Sophomore:

Honors Algebra II: A- (if i score well on the last test and then the final exam, then I can get an A)
Honors Science Research: A+
U.S. History: A
Honors Chemistry: B+ (if I score well on the final, then I can get it to an A-)
Honors Spanish: A-
Honors English: A- (once again, if I score well on the final, then I can get it to an A)
Pre-Calculus: A+

So basically...my GPA is gonna be between 3.75 and 3.9. I REALLY REALLY hope that I can get it up to a 3.9...

My school also has a weird weighting system, so I don't know what my weighted GPA would be, though I'm sure that I'm in the top 1-2% of my class, as I am one of the only few people who is taking a mostly honors courseload (honors and AP are weighted the same here, and APs aren't offered to sophomores).

Sophomore: (A+ scale at my school)

English II Honors: A-
PreCalculus: A
AP US History: A
Chemistry Honors: A
Latin III Honors: A+
Music History: A+
Art I: A+
Gym: A+

Unweighted GPA: 4.1/4.3

It actually sucks that my school has an A+ scale, because it just makes it so much harder to have a perfect GPA.

^
What's the percent grade needed for a perfect GPA? We have to have 96.

Oh I forgot to mention that I wasn't using my school's weighting system. I was using like the recalculation that schools like Stanford and Princeton use. My school is really weird. We don't weight and we do it out of a really weird number.

Soph

Weighted/Unweighted
4.875/4.0

Rank unknown! ~20/800

Lol, yearbook...
Thank goodness my school doesn't differentiate between a 90 and a 99... I don't think I could compete at a school with A+/A- distinctions. Don't know how you guys do it.

AP Calc AB - A
AP Physics B - A
AP English Lang - A
AP Human Geo - A
AP Microecon - A
AP Macroecon - B (oooops)

UW GPA - up to 3.7 now
W GPA - around 4.1

Rank - 12/251

As of now?
Well school is not over yet...
But I think I can pull off all 'A's this semester... Unless I bomb the finals
Here goes... I screwed up my first semester earning 2 b's....
I'm Freshman:
GPA:3.857, 3.812, or 3.875 depending on weather High school credit counts or not... and whether they have given me my curve yet...if they give me all my curves( I know of)... I should have around a 3.937... it all depends...

official: 3.714 (no 2nd semester included, i don't think the 8th grades classes are either)
My geometry class made me mad cause it snuck up on me... I had an A for most of the year and then BOOM i mad an 82 on the final and an 88 the 2nd half of the semester..
8th grade: (does this even matter?)
Algebra I:
S1:89 (grr... I hope I get a curve) (B...maybe A?)
S2:90 (A)

1st Semester Freshman
Geometry: 88 (B...Maybe A?)
Speech: 93 (A)
Biology:90 (A)
French I:86 (I slacked... :(...No curve for sure) (B)
Theater: 90 (A)
Global Experiences World Geography:94 (A)
Global Experiences English: 94 (A)

2nd Semester (what I expect)
Geometry: A (maybe around a 93)
IFL: A (around an 96?)
Biology: A (Around and 95?)
French A (around a 91?)
Theater: A (around a 96?)
GEWG: A (maybe A 95)
GEE: A (maybe around a 95?)

Rank (as of 1st semester... no 2nd semester included) 21/222 (top 9.4%) :(

PSAT: 145? 135?... I think (lazy:()..LOL

i really got serious 2nd semester, I expected all As on my 1st one except French... and the 2nd half of the semester my Biology, Theater, Speech, Geometry, and French Grades dropped... bring me down into low As and high Bs... I felt horrible, and still do... I promised myself As all through the rest of High school... its not going to be easy...
Our school doesn't weigh GPA... so I think it is nearly impossible to get above a 4.0 ...i think there is a way... but we don't give 5 point for As in AP classes
Although I plan to use my knowledge of 3 Languages (plus the one we learn in High school to make 4 total) as a hook and Maybe I'll find some intern-y thing...idk...

I'm testing out of Spanish and plan to make my Chinese look official...some how...
