What are your views on premarital sex?

Against it? For it?

…depends? Sleeping around in high school: no. People in love who are planning on getting married relatively soon: sure.

Wasn’t there just a giant thread on this?

Anyway, I don’t care what someone does. I think it’s a good thing. I probably won’t wait until I’m married.

^ yeah, there was a really big controversial thread about this not too long ago…

I’m totally against it! Wait until you’re married :)

I think it depends on the person. You may be against it, but others want to have sex and do not care. I do not want to get married, but that does not mean I am going to sleep around a lot. If you care about each other, you can do anything you want to do. I think it is so arrogant when people judge others for having their own beliefs.

Won’t have it, don’t care.

one should test drive the car before they buy it

This is because the primary function of a car is driving. Are you saying that the primary function of a spouse is for sex?

^ ermm… Bio 101 much? Strictly speaking we live to produce offspring. Now obviously we have left that natural path but in reality yes, we are.

nvm… misinterpreted your statement. :p

I see no reason to be against pre-martial sex.

Haha, so the “test drive” should be a fertility test, not seeing how good the sex is.

Nope, sex is very important in marriage. I mean you should try out the sex, because it’s a big issue in loving and living your life with one person. You can test out compadibility by other ways of talking but you can only test out how much you to enjoy sex by actually having it. Also, it was a joke, chill.

In all seriousness though, I don’t value marriage all that much, it’s just a spiffy piece of paper if you ask me. So I don’t care when I have sex, only that I have a lot of fun in life. I can’t wrap my head around waiting till I get a piece of paper allowing me to have sex with someone I love. BUT! I totally plan to have my wedding in Las Vegas, sounds fun to do sober and then me and the guy can just stay in a fancy hotel and go have fun in the city and just go crazy. I never get why people spend a lot on boring weddings, I would rather spend a lot of money on fun.

Good sex is important in marriage but it’s also important in life and I can’t imagine waiting. I mean, it’s free and incredibly enjoyable so what the heck?

(I also feel incredibly bad for girls who’ve never masturbated, kinda unrelated but my friend has one of those promise-to-wait-till-marriage rings and she doesn’t even masturbate! I’m like…whut? whynot? and she claims not to know how or to feel it’s gross)

^ TMI 10char

^ I disagree with the TMI because she’s right. Sex is normal. Masturbation is normal. In fact, we are SUPPOSED to do both. premarital sex is completely dependent on the person. Though I support premarital sex for I believe it’s a biological need in humans, I respect those opposed to premarital sex and do not respect those who sleep around. It’s given off with such negative connotation simply because you are, by law, children. Personal life and private life should not be connected or bragged about, imo.

^^ Like you don’t.

I believe waiting until marriage to have sex is sinful behavior.

Haha, what? The Las Vegas wedding or masturbation?

Seriously, high school life?

quote

Surprising or not, a fair percentage of both guys and girls claim to have never masturbated before. I can name two guys who claim to never have done so, and one of them is a really good friend of mine lol.

I’m not against premarital sex. I think the majority of the public actually views that as normal or expected.

It doesn’t bother me. It’s natural.
and inb4 religious junkie saying it’s immoral.

i have a friend in college that had never seen porn and she also hadnt ever masturbated. it was like…lol
