<p>The financial statement and verification through bank statements is for internationals. However, I am not sure how they treat residents of Guam, a US territory, and whether they consider them internationals for that requirement. This is one you should call and ask.</p>
<p>I'm about 99% sure Illinois does not need Mid year reports.</p>
<p>They don't. You just need to send in the final report after graduation...</p>
