What can I do the next few months of my life?

I just recently entertained myself with the idea of attending Cornell, I know my chanced aren't great, but I've decided that I will apply no matter what just because you never know what will happen. I would be looking to apply to AEM.
Last year I got a 4 on APUSH, this year I took AP CHEM, BC CALC, and AP LANG (self studied for macro and micro econ), next year I signed up for AP STATS, AP BIO, and AP SPANISH, and will likely self study a couple if it will help my college course load at all.

Here are my current statistics as a junior:
White female, married parents, income btw 100,000 and 150,000 (closer to the bottom)
ACT: 34
GPA: 3.85 <- (probably more like 3.8 by end of this year)
Extracurriculars (warning: LACKING!):
2 yrs JV basketball (1 year captain)
2 yrs volleyball
2 yrs track and field (junior track woman of year award)
UofM Dearborn Geoscience Institute Summer Course
Interact International Club (recycling/community service)
. . . .

Obviously my GPA isn't top tier and I cannot change it much at this point, so here are some things that I was looking at to beef up my app in order to create the best possible chance of success. Any input you could provide on the following things would be great, whether that is ranking them, commenting on them, or offering other alternatives.
These are also all pretty possible for me by the way or else I obviously wouldn't be asking them.

*Raise ACT to 36
*Take SAT instead of ACT
*Win State Championship in shot put or discus in track and field
*Get a job
*Volunteer like crazy over the summer (just worried about college noticing all of my services in 3 month span, not sure if they care :/ )
*Do some summer program at a college (probably U of M, it's local)
*Something else

Thanks again for any input, I just want to be as efficient as I can be with the next few months I have before I need to start filling out apps.
I will, of course, be applying early decision, also to increase my chances ;)

Do something unique and epic. I can’t tell you what that is but that will help

Are you applying ED to Cornell? Which school are you applying to in Cornell? And are your parents to pay for Cornell? It doesn’t look like you will qualify for considerable aid.

Depends on where you are in the bracket - you can still get a pretty significant amount of aid.

Applying ED to AEM. Parents plan on helping a bit where they can but I will definitely be taking out loans. I tried their little calculator and would likely be paying between 25000 and 30000 a year which is comparable to any alternatives really

If it’s AEM, you have a shot - not a good one, but still a shot.
