Hello there, I'm an Junior who is looking at MIT. I already have an average chance at admission, but I am looking for ideas of things to do between now and application time to increase my chances. I'm planning on applying EA as an aerospace engineering major. I go to an small school (550 kids) in England (dad's in the military), so many extracurricular opportunities, especially in the fields of math and science, are not available to me. I'm taking the most rigorous courseload available to me (7 AP's by end of Sr year) Here are my current stats:

White Male
GPA: 4.0
WGPA: 4.2ish
SAT: 770M / 730 CR / 740 W / 2240 (first time, will retake for 2300+)
Class Rank: 1/120

EC's:
Varsity Soccer (9-12)
Varsity Track (9)
Varsity CC (10)
Varsity Golf, captain (11-12)
Club Soccer, captain (9-10)
Boy Scouts
NHS
Model United States Senate (annual conference in Germany), (10-12)
Model United Nations (conferences in Russia, Netherlands, Czech Rep.)
Youth group student leader

AWARDS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Eagle Scout
MUN committee chair

There are some other things but they're not too important. Anyways, what can I do to strengthen my application, specifically in context of MIT? Do they look for anything specific? My school doesn't have any math/science-y type clubs, would it look good to found one? Will MIT take into account the fact that I have fewer opportunities at a small school? I live pretty close to Cambridge University. Would it be beneficial to take some sort of summer program there? You guys are the experts. Thoughts?
