What can I do with a double major in psychology and neuroscience?

I was wondering what job I could get with a bachelor's degree in psychology (BS) and neuroscience (BS). I plan to go to graduate school for a PhD in clinical psychology but I'm curious what I can do with the bachelor's degree if I happen to not choose to go into that program. So, what can I do with a double major in psychology and neuroscience? What kind of job can I get with it?

Nothing in your field. Seriously.

You can check out some of the allied health fields. You will utilize both your neuroscience and psychology. Look into occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech and language pathology. The outlook and job satisfaction in these fields is very high. After you look around online, you will need to contact someone working in these fields to do some volunteer work. This is a much more direct route to working with people 1:1. It is very difficult to get the clinical placements for the clinical Ph.D. My friend just graduated top in her class for the clinical Ph.D. and only 10 per cent of the class got clinical placements.

You need to plan for a masters (OT and speech) or a DPT (physical therapy) and you can find the accredited programs at AOTA, ASHA, and APTA websites.
