Hey everyone just wondering what you guys are doing in your spear time.
I have never been to big on clubs but now I'm thinking about a few clubs. Which type of clubs are your favorite and what role do you play in the clube ex. memeber, VP, ect.

A lot of people at my school do intramurals

Fencing! Awesome exercise and a great way to meet people.

I'm a member of my schools Dance Marathon...its an amazing organization!

www.umdm.org

Joining your college's clubs is a great way to meet new people and have fun, especially during your freshman year.. I'm a member of Anime and Manga Society, Circle K (worldwide volunteer organization), International Club (gonna be a Historian this year), and Young Democrats, who just started publishing a newspaper, in which I'm both a writer and a photographer. :-D

I'm in my college's taekwondo club (instructor this year :D), Networking Society, Games Society, Sci-fi and Fantasy Society and helping to set up the Anime and Manga society.

I'm a cheerleader! :D

I was a member of Habitat for Humanity (which was great.. we went to florida for spring break every year to build a house), Math Club (my roommate was president), College Democrats, Anime Club, and i went to penn state's AEC on fridays. (we watched foreign films)

I guess i was technically the VP of Anime club although we never did too much around campus. i really just wanted to be a member of the clubs... it's too much to be taking 18 credits, working two jobs, and belonging to so many things.. yet alone being an vp or whatever... I thought about running but decided against it.

Air National Guard, Kent State University Century Club, frat party crashers anynoumous, I went to one MISA meeting, and the facebook.

"Sci-fi and Fantasy Society"
Lucky... lol

Sadly I was competely uninvolved... I was on the student acctivity board but that's about it. Scary thought considering I was over-involved in high school.

Physics and Astronomy Club "astronomy liasion" (meaning the person who tells the physicists what the second part of the name means)
I also write for the humor magazine and hang out with the Libertarian group on campus.

I'm a big fan of clubs, but it's hard to do a lot just because of time constraints. Anyway, I'm part of HKN (EE honor society), Mock Trial (I'll assume you know what this is), the orchestra (plus taking private lessons), and RCSA (it's a UC thing, Regents' and Chancellors' Scholars Assoc.).

I signed up for MUN, but just didn't have the time and quit. Wanted to do a sport but it conflicted with orchestra, so again I couldn't commit. I handle the tech stuff for RCSA (along with another member) and the mock trial team.

One of the things I learned in college is: sign up for everything. If you're interested, just do it. If you're too busy and can't continue, you can always quit, but you'll never get to experience it if you don't join. Heck, I'm a EE major doing mock trial! Even I don't understand that one. But hey it's fun and there are good people in the program.

Protestant choir, I did not make it in glee club this semester
