Did it even get a chance to the second page yet?
Seriously, there’s no club that will be more impressive than any other. Clubs are really generic.

To be a doctor you need to have people’s skills and communication skills:
Volunteer in doctor’s offices, hospitals, speech and debate, newspaper, service clubs.

Take Humanities classes such as philosophy and psychology in addition to science.

You need to be good in Science, particularly in biology and chemistry. Join Science clubs.

Do team sports like soccer where you interact with many people.

Medicine is somewhat of an art than just science: Develop logical thinking by playing some games like chess. You need to connect symptoms with a cause where the symptoms fit many causes.

Focus on a few, relevant clubs that you are passionate about and do really well in them. Don’t be a jack of all trades.
