What colleges don't count freshman year?

<p>I got Straight B's and once C freshman year and that has since hurt my gpa tremendously.
i got a 4.0 UW junior year and 3.5 UW sophomore year but my cumulative is awful because of freshman year</p>

<p>what well-known colleges out there do not count freshman year in the cumulative gpa?</p>
