What colleges should I consider with my current GPA and ECs?

I’m a junior in the IB program. I think I’m doing okay right now, but I don’t know what colleges I should look into with my GPA.

I used to be a music major my freshman year, getting a 4.0 both semesters in honors classes. Transitioning to my sophomore year into my school’s IB program , I got my first B in AP U.S. History after only reaching a borderline. I wasn’t really phased, but I was convinced that I could get a 4.0 next semester. One week until grades went in, my pre-calculus teacher gave us a final that I failed from a stupid mistake and ended up dropping down to a 79%. I could make a lot of excuses as to why my percentage was so low, but I know it was my fault for being so stupid. However, this is what my transcript looks like.

(I plan on participating in 5 different ECs my senior year)

What certain level of colleges should I consider if I can upkeep my GPA to a 4.0 throughout my junior and senior year, while also participating in a lot of school activities? I’m preparing for the SAT at the moment, so that my test scores can be high enough. Also, should I do volunteer work outside of school?

What’s your states flagship?

With those grades, you can consider whatever colleges you want as long as your ECs, test scores, etc, are all decent.
