<p>What do brown students do for fun on their free nights/free time? How is the party scene? Are there cliques? Basically, what is the social atmosphere?</p>
<p>Please search the forum as there are several great threads about this already-- it's been discussed ad nauseum and it's not likely you'll get too many current students to write in as much detail on this as they have in the past.</p>
<p>I can say a few things my kid does for fun. Freshman year volunteered with WBRU and got tickets to quite a few Indie-type Rock Band concerts. Bikes to some parkland East of school for close ride, to Newport for long ride. I hear of some parties (at Zete, can't remember where else), but pretty sure more free nights are spent watching a DVD with friends.</p>
