What do colleges think of a 28 in math on the ACT and a 800 in math on the SAT?

So as the title suggests I got a 28 in math on the ACT and a 800 in math on the SAT. I’ve taken BC calc and received all A’s but for some reason I’m not good at the ACT math section. What will colleges think when they see this disparity?

That the SAT is more your type of test? No biggie. You can choose not to send the ACT if they don’t require all testing history.
