What do I put in the "additional skills/talents" section?

I comprised a basic list of:
Certified film photographer in the state of XXXXXX
Proficient in the French language at an intermediate level
Adult Level 3 figure skater
Video game voiceover artist and scriptwriter, etc.
I could continue in that vein, but I’m unsure if what I have written is what they’re looking for, or if I’m expected to list additional activities or extracurriculars. Please help.

For my film photography class, we were required to take a state certification exam. I passed, received a certificate, and am now technically certified to be a film photographer.
