What do these practice test scores mean?

Hello! I'm taking the SAT II Bio on Saturday, and I've taken three practice tests in the past two days; I was wondering what my scores meant and if anyone can give me a general range I might score in on the actual test.

College Board (2011-2012; previous test): E: 770 M: 760
Barron's (2013-14): E: 760 M: 720
Kaplan (2004-2005): E: 690

The Kaplan score is a lot lower than my other scores, which has me worried. Is it because it's so old (it was my sister's)? I read the Barron's book completely by the time I took the Barron's test, although I had not read the entire Barron's book at the time I took the College Board test; it was the first practice test I took.

I plan to take the E version, since I seem to be scoring better on that (when I take the tests, I do both the E and M sections in the 60-minute span; the Kaplan test was E-only).

Thanks!

By the way, I’m aiming to score in the 780-800 range.

Well first off it should be obvious that you should be doing the biology e since you seem to be getting higher in that. Also Barron’s is notoriously harder than the real thing and somewhat similar to the real test so it’s more than adequate to prepare you. Meaning you should get your 800. Kaplans has never truly been trust worthy ESP when it comes to the practice tests. There’s nothing wrong with CB but use Barron’s as a more accurate comparison

@kingsupreeth you seem to be saying two different things - both that Barron’s is notoriously harder but then Barron’s is a more accurate comparison?
