oh, and in defense of some other high-achieving ppl of CC, I want to say just one thing:

When some one posts a seemingly ridiculous post of perfect GPA, SATs, and other stats, lets not automatically assume that he/she is a troll and start throwing insults in their directions. While surfing through CC, I found in numerous instances where high acheiving ppl have been literally hunted down and persecuted (sounds like a witch hunt......which should NOT happen on a helpful and respectable site as CC......=(
This can't be fair. I know that there are good number of ppl who likes to create troll threads to entertain themselves and annoy other ppl, but one must realize that there ARE high-achieving ppl in this nation who come to visit this site to learn more about college admissions and are honestly trying to get some guidance as to how he/she can survive the messy admissions process. Just because they seem to have perfect stats, that DOES NOT make them a troll. Making such hasty assumptions and starting to hurl insults in their direction is clearly insulting and can discourage a industrious, dilligent individual from getting guidance and help from this forum that has so much to offer them. Like I have said before, I have witnessed numerous instances where ppl with high to near perfect stats are discouraged and literally driven out of this forum and CC because bunch of ppl just felt like hurling insults at them for having good grades. Believe me, I know how it feels like to come to CC and see all these ppl with great scores and feeling like I have no future. I think we all do. But, before we start to make assumptions that every higher-achieving CCer is a troll, we should realize that we may be turing away another high school kid just like the most of us in this forum who are just here to get some help and gain insights in to the admissions.

Again, I recognize the feeling of anger, etc when ever someone with such perfect stats post their resume, and that there are several ridiculous trolls on this board that entertain themselves through fraudry, but we must take caution and think twice before hurling insults to ppl with high stats. They may honestly be who they claim to be, afterall.
