What do you guys do in your NHS (National Honor Society)?

we eat cheese bagels :3 so goooooooooooooooood.

90% unweighted average to get in along with community service and stuff.

Then once you actually get in, there are like five required community service hours a month or something and multiple monthly meetings.

They all graduate with a blue and white fabricy thing that goes over the top of their robe and a gold tassle.

How many hours do you need to get in? And whats the minimum age requirement??

Lots of politics at my daughter’s high school to get into NHS. Pretty much everyone accepted was part of another social/volunteer group. At my old h.s., anyone with a 3.3+ was in.

Pointless Meetings
.5 points for community service (we have to do a mandatory 2 hours with NHS, and at least another 8 anywhere else).

Why the **** you bumping
Why you always bumping
Mmmmmmmohmygod stop ******* bumping

Mostly bored.

We have to maintain a certain GPA (it’s either 3.5 or 3.7 I can’t remember) and do 8 hours of service each semester. There is a limited list of options that fulfill the requirement, such as Food Bank, some random community 5ks, blood drives, and helping at parks and rec kids events.
