What do you guys think?

I got a 690 on my Physics Subject Test. I usually get 790 or 800 on my Subject Tests. Do I bury this score or is it still admirable?

I got a 670 on physics (apparently)… the average is 650 so technically we are above average. Depends on how many other STs you have and what scores you have on those.

Kabobi: “apparently”?

Maaan…I must have missed a lot. Ppl say that the June test is the hardest, since so many people had just finished taking a year of Physics. But then others say that the curve is predetermined. Either way, I am not happy with my score.

Previously I had gotten an 800 on Math II, 790 on US History, and 2350 on my SAT. Should I hide this one? I won’t have a science then… :(

Can you retake it?

I said apparently because I might ask for a rescore once I get my score report on july 6. Because even if I didn’t try on the test, there is a very small chance that I would get half of it wrong…

Did you take the ACT? If your ACT is 34+ then just hide this. If not, retake. If that isn’t possible then send it in in my opinion.

Well, I’m going to be a senior next year, so I don’t have many more test dates. (October, November, maybe December?) October and November are already filled with one more SAT and the Lit Subject Test.

I didn’t take the ACT. It seemed so much harder and as my colleges prefer the SAT (I think) I didn’t really see the merits in studying for it.

Great idea about asking for a rescore. It was a difficult test, but I highly doubt I missed that many!

And thanks, Kabobi! You’re awesome!
