Why didn't I? I didn't apply. Very simple. In retrospect, it would have been a better decision for me personally. Instead, I applied to large schools. I've found my 'niche' but not without some difficulty and with a fair amount of initiative and/or luck. And now I'm 2 quarters away from completion. It would be silly to transfer now.

I'm saying the UCLA population can get a little shallow and materialistic in general, some of the time. And that's not really pleasant to be around.

UCLA is alright as long as you don't wander off to North Campus...that part is populated with losers.

If you go to UCLA, you'll meet people who are good-looking, smart, fun to be with!@

Biz econ is north campus, and its competitive as heck

Not as competitive as pre-meds...

I dislike the fact that they want to charge me a fair amount of money to use their job board as an alumnus.

Weak.

You know this because you frequent the area?

Oh yeah one thing I dislike: the old, smelly, funky buildings. all the classrooms (except like lakretz) are just putrid to be in, and the bathrooms are the same old sh - no pun intended. the same goes to halls like hedrick and dykstra, i couldn't live there because of their age.
