I'm curious as to what people on CC wear to school

Ill start it off

Hollister or AE Polo
Faded jeans

Mostly AE, just cause its relatively cheap and looks good, Polos or T-Shirts, Hoodies or Sweaters, Always jeans

LOL. Sorry, this post makes me laugh :)

In my school, stereotypical overachievers are too focused on academics and such that they don't really care about what they wear. i.e., ME. Although I'm not an overachiever since my grades aren't "overachiever quality," I've grown to not care about what I wear anymore. I'm sayin jeans and a tshirt/LS shirt for most days. For my "post-all nighter" days, I wear sweats. I honestly don't have enough time to shop every weekend / plan out what to wear :)

Oh I forgot to mention my GPA is 3.4UW, maybe I shouldnt be in this thread anyway lol. But I just buy a bunch of clothes I like at once and just randomly pick some out at 6:30 in the morning... Not that much work.

I'm considered probably the smartest girl in my school but I am obsessive about clothes. I love J.crew and prefer jeans because i don't really like my legs.

Thats the good thing about my clothes

All my pants look identical so there's no dilemma.

Most of my polos are plain colors so I just grab whatever is clean

my uniform, which isn't half as bad as my past uniforms

regular time, I wear mostly tight black sweats (sounds awkward, but look good, I don't like jeans and they aren't typical gross badly fitting sweatpants) and cute tshirts...in the summer, booty shorts

jeans with an AE sweater (or sweater vest) over a button-up shirt.

basically prep style.

Dark jeans+band t-shirt/sports camp shirt/other random shirt+hoody, pretty much every day.

No polos, I'm not a fan of shirts with collars. I also refuse to wear dress shoes, they hurt my feet. At the NHS induction ceremony, I got in trouble for wearing Nike court force lows with my shirt and tie.

Jeans and a tshirt from threadless.com, during winter a hooded sweatshirt.

I'm always sporting my pocket protector.

Always get a Kevlar, you are able to hold your TI-89 calculator, a pencil, a pen, an eraser, and your papers near your chest. Overachievers wear Kevlar to get ahead in life aka not be killed by a gun.

I find that kevlar doesn't offer the stab protection that the modern High School student need. because of this, I have adopted wearing chain mail under my aforementioned polos

As long as it's mithril you'll get all the protection you'll need.

PShap91, I should have included that overachievers also carry around 1 million volt tasers. In case you find an overachiever achieving more than you. Of course the taser offers stab protection.

Yes, I win the lulz award.

But to use the taser as a first strike against a potential stabber I would need to take my eyes off my textbook.

I have no sense of fashion whatsoever. None of my different pieces of clothing seem to have much, if anything, to do with one another, so I couldn't honestly tell you what I wear every day beyond some kind of zip up sweater, jeans, and sneakers.

Plus, I wear my hair up in a ponytail every single day, and have been using the same scrunchie every day since 8th grade. (I'm a senior now.)

either a college t-shirt, or a polo with khaki shorts or jeans. hoodie for when it's cold

I go for the "underachiever every woman subconsciously wants to sleep with look"

Therefore: tshirt, sweatpants or khakis (whichever my hand is attracted to first)
and sneakers

Uniform but weekends, fashion is a bigger part of my life (which explains the more grades :( )

J. Crew
Express (rarely)
but most of my other clothes are from Neiman & Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom so the designers range from Dolce & Gabanna to Marc Jacobs, etc...

I'll say it again...I'm not rich. Fashion is just a big part of me, lol.
