What do you say to a person you’ll never see again?

Only 30 days of school left! I’ve known it for a long time, but I’ve only recently thought about the fact that I’ll never see some of my friends again. Ever. It’s sad, and I can’t even keep in touch by email with all of them. I guess whatever I say on graduation day is what my friends will remember of me for the rest of their lives.

that is soooo sad. but yeah, won't you see some people during summer?

We've had such a great time together.
I'll miss all of those wonderful memories we've shared.
Good luck in college.
Hope you succeed and have a good future.
Maybe I'll see you on TV one day!

There will always be a place for you in my heart
... for all my life.

Do you guys think it’s a good idea to give presents to some of my friends on the last day of school?

What's wrong with giving presents? It's supposed to be a sign of affection. I think it's perfectly okay.

Hmm. I haven't thought about that. I guess I still have another year. In all honesty, I'll probably say 'blah blah blah. I'll see ya later!" And I probably will see most of them again, at least the ones I said goodbye to.

If I don't want to see them again, something along the lines of, "Well, it's been fun. I'll maybe see you around sometime this summer."

I don't want everyone to go...

Bye bye sayonara.

Well I just don't want it to seen too overblown or anything.

Is it that big of a deal? You move on and make new friends. Maybe there will be a handful who remain your friends thruout college, and maybe one or two who remain lifelong friends. It'll be sad in the beginning, then life goes on.

wait, why can't you see them over the summer/on holidays

namaste, it's easier said than done. if someone really moves on that fast, that person either has notsogreat friends or no soul

Well I won't be able to see all my friends..and besides I'll be busy during holiday season too.

I understand. I have some good acquanitances (yeah i know it's spelled wrong) who aren't really close friends but I'm still sad that I might never see them again.

goodbye (word limit....you'd think it would have been eliminated)

oh, this thread, combined with the fact that i am listening to Vitamin C "Graduation," makes me really sad... i mean, my friends and i are practically related. we spend so much time together and we have gone through so much together. it's weird, but all of a sudden, it just hit me that 12 years of public schooling is coming to an end. 12 years of memories, 12 years of drama, 12 years of pain, 12 years of fun... wow, i'm ready for college, but i don't know if i'm ready to leave my best friends behind...

You dont say anything. Just hug them. :) sweet.

have a nice life.

"bye bytches"

no lol I'm just kidding...but hey...I've made alot of great friends but it's time to move on...that's part of life

ahh man....im going to miss my BEST FRIEND........we have been friends forver.....this is soo sad....i wont really see him ever again.....i dont wanna graduate...this is soo sad

Yeah I had to move to a new state and new HS last year..and that was really tough.

You knock their teeth out.

I just wanted a little of you to remember you by. :(
