Would it be an added advantage if the applicant is from an under-privileged, under-represented marginalised, indigenous ethnic minority from a foreign country; with supporting documents from the ministry??????????????</p>
<p>what would be this underrepresented, marginalized ethnicity in question? Many colleges don't even take ethnicity into account (non-affirmative action). So...I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think it'll help significantly at all.</p>
