<p>It probably sucks. I’ll be in a late app triple in Tolbert Area. I was on campus last week and toured the area. It could be worse. </p>
<p>It’ll be bearable, and you pay lower rent while there are three roommates. My understanding is that late app triples generally become doubles within a month or so, as people who had reserved on campus housing in doubles opt out of their contracts.</p>
