Calculate your UC GPA, see link:<a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/</a>
Looking at your Stats, your UC GPA will be around 3.8-3.9 which is within range but your SAT of 1600 is low for all except UCM. Any chance on a retake?

UCB: Reach
UCSB/UCD/UCI: Low Reach/High Match
UCM: Match

I would add UCR and UCSC to your list to have some more Matches.

What is your UC GPA?

3.7

Since your UC GPA is below 3.9 and your SAT is low, all the UC’s would be reaches except for UCSC/UCR/UCM, UC’s are very focused on GPA. Write some amazing essays and some of the reaches may be possible. Good Luck
