Which UCs are you mainly looking into? Your schedule definitely looks pretty rigorous and you can tell that you try to challenge yourself each year by taking on more and more work. However, gpa and test scores matter a lot too.
@jennacwa I’m hoping to get into Davis or Irvine and majoring in biology. I’ll probably end up applying to ucsd, ucla, and ucsb also to see if I can get in. I’m only a sophomore so I haven’t taken the sat or act yet. I’ve gotten straight a’s so far. I’m not sure how hard it will be to get into ucs for me. My school doesn’t offer honors and a lot of students don’t take many AP classes.
Keep up your good work, then! That looks like a great schedule, especially considering what your high school offers. Theyll look at what you take in comparison to what is offered. Keep your gpa up and do your best on the sat and act. I recommend you take them both at the beginning of your junior year then decide which one you’re better at and focus on it.
