Current freshman at CC wondering how competitive I will be for Fall 2019 admission.
3.9 gpa (17 credits)
Currently taking another 17 credits with hopes of same gpa
1340 SAT
High school - Freshman through junior gpa 2.5. Senior gpa- 3.7
major - economics
EC- volunteer basketball coach, Restaurant Server, Hs and College bball player
Applying to: University of Michigan, Vanderbilt, Cornell, GeorgiaTech, Notre Dame, Wesleyan(legacy), USC, UNC, Tulane, Virginia, Holy Cross(legacy), VirginiaTech, Baylor, UMass - Amherst
Let me know what you think, I would love to hear some feedback. I’m aware that some of the schools are a stretch but I’d still like to hear some feedback.

Have you taken this question to the Transfer Advisor at your CC? If a fair number of students at your CC apply to these universities each year, that person will be able to help you plan your program of studies and create your application list. It also is perfectly OK to communicate with the transfer admissions officers at the places you like best, and ask about what they expect to see in students who come from CCs like yours. Generally speaking, the best odds for transfer admission are for those applicants who will be enrolling after completing their full AA or AS degree with a good GPA. Right now you will be applying with an improving, but still somewhat iffy HS record and only one semester of CC grades. Talk with the Transfer Advisor and your departmental advisor about applying now vs. next year.
If you are not a resident of Georgia, then Georgia Tech is a reach.
I think you should do another year at CC. Save your parents the $$.
I think Tulane is a bit of a stretch actually.
